Franchini Acciai, since 1968, is globally known for its high- quality open die forgings, produced starting from ingots with very complex geometry: round, square or polygonal. The company is located in Northern Italy in an area of 160,000 sq m. (60,000 of which covered), where heat treatments, machining, inspections and testing processes are performed.

• Weight range: 500 kg to 75 ton (in finished conditions)

• Size range: Ø210 mm to Ø 3.5 meter

• Length range: up to 26 meters

• Productive capacity: 100,000 ton rough forgings a year
