STF Loterios traces its origins back to 1935, when STF was founded near Milan, specializing in the design and construction of heat transfer solutions. In 2005 STF entered the nuclear market. In 1950, Coifer started producing both civil and industrial steel equipment. Within a few years, Coifer specialized in the design and construction of Air Filter Houses for Gas Turbines.
In 1984, near Milan, Loterios began building corrosion-resistant process equipment in exotic materials, including Titanium, Tantalum, and Zirconium.
Today, the three companies have merged under the STF Loterios brand, owned by the C- Capital fund.
